Unsold lead, updated details: We're looking to redesign and re-plumb our small bathroom. We're currently considering the possibilities of having a steam shower cabin and a 'washlet' toilet. We're looking for someone who can help design our bathroom, provide the materials, remove the old suite/tiles & fit/tile/plumb & electrical work for a new one. Gave friendly advice and turned up to quote on timeMarc
We would like work done on our bathroom. This will include:
Fitting new bath, shower and shower screen. Fitting / tiling bath panels;
Retiling one complete wall (including taking down current tiles);
Fitting new sink, taps and mirror cabinet;
Fitting new extractor fan;
Fitting new toilet and cistern (possibly hidden cistern);
Fitting / building storage (small cupboard) under window – may need custom size cupboard;
Completing all work to finished standard; and
Removing all rubble.
The bathroom is very small – no more than 3x2 metres. We would probably arrange for the bath, sink, shower, toilet etc to be ready for you to fit.
Please contact me to arrange a time to view for a quotation.
Many thanks,
Chris
Ryan's team completed my bathroom to an excellent standard, and were very reliable and trustworthy throughout the works.
I would happily employ them again for a future project. Chris
This is a downstairs cloakroom, with a toilet and a sink. very small space! I will provide the tiles and new toilet.
I need new the old tiles on the floor replaced, new wall tiles half way up the wall, and the rest re painted. Also i need a new door fitted and 1-2 spotlights.
Max was highly professional. He refurbished my bathroom and did an excellent job. From our initial meeting he measured up and advised me on what would be the best options and offered a very realistic quote. After the job was complete he replaced my wooden garden gate and fence, for which he did another very professional job. Again offering a realistic quote. Max is a lovely guy, and a pleasure to have around. He is a professional plumber but also lends his hand to many other traids. Highly recomended. kate
Want to use existing bath but move away from wall slightly. Room has been stripped and ready to fit. Shower stripped out and new shower tray on site for installation as is valves and head.
Sink to be put into counter top- pipework available to access.
Need to remove and cap off existing sink.
Rehang radiator in existing location.
Install waterproof mdf to rear of shower and put up plasterboard around bath area.
Box in pipes around existing toilet.
Level floor with quick floor levelling compound.
Marcus is a nice tradesman to deal with and worked hard to complete the work. At times the work seemed to become unnecessarily overly complicated and although I was concerned they would be able to complete the work they persevered with good humour and returned until finished although despite their best efforts the overall finish was not to the standard I had expected. lucy
Small Bathroom needing the following work done.
Floor and walls tiled, toilet and sink fitted and radiator installed
These guys are excellent, they did an outstanding job on our bathroom. They arrived early and worked late to get the job done in a week. We are defiantly going to use them again in the future when we redo the kitchen.

Removing current tiles and retiling the walls and floor in bathroom and toilet. We are keeping the current bath but will need panelling done on the front. Installing new cabinet and taps for sink Covering cork ceiling with new surface. Replacing current light Painting current door Putting in new towel holding radiator Putting in new toilet Boxing in pipe in toilet
really good job, completed a little later than expected, but the finish was superb! Very friendly and flexible to our needs, putting a lot of care and thought into the job.Andrew
In a very small bathroom - replace a bath with a walk in shower including fitting of power shower, tiling, making good etc.
Highly recommended. Excellent work and great communication at all times. Job was done to my time-scale and to my satisfaction. Had trouble with my choice of bathroom supplier (''Colourwash'' - DONT use them ...my opinion only of course) but Hugo at NE build helped enormously, making the phone-calls arranging things that I had no time to arrange and always with good will and good humour. The workers were polite and the job done within budget and within timeframe. I would definately use this company again.Charlotte
Average size bathroom approx 6ft x 5ft. Old bathroom suite will be cleared out before work starts. To fit new 3 piece bathroom suite using existing layout. I will buy and supply all sanitary ware and fittings, taps, etc. Then finally, tile and grout floor and wall areas (where relevant).
Vasile and his team did a great job installing my new bathroom. The room was small and the original suite badly laid out. As well as offering sound advice as to how best use the space and reconfiguring the layout accordingly, they also came up with ideas to give it that extra wow (in the form of recessed shelving and spot lights). As a result, it has completely transformed the room. The job was completed on budget and in the time it was quoted at. Also, the guys always turned up on time in the morning (8am) as promised. Thanks very much. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.Simon

We would like to completely move our bathroom around to create room for a walk in shower. We have an existing suite (toilet, sink, cast iron bath) which we would like to keep - so should be undamaged (as far as possible) in the removal process. Naturally in reinstalling, we will need a good amount of plumbing and re-tiling.
