The new bath, toilet pan, seat, high level cistern and connecting pipe are already on site.
1. Remove old bath and toilet pan and existing high-level cistern
2. Fit new high-level cistern & toilet pan, seat
3. Fit new straight bath, waste and taps. Hot & cold water supply currently in place for a bath with taps in the centre, but new bath has taps at one end. Waste outlet also in place for bath with central plug-hole, so needs modifying. Bath does not currently have tap holes - these will need to be drilled. Assembly of bath legs/support required.
4. Fix loose basin tap - needs tightening
5. Remove & dispose of waste materials legally
*** Site visit required to make accurate quotation - I do not just want an 'over the phone' estimate - thanks. I'm looking for a good balance of quality workmanship - very important that there are no leaks! - and a fair price ***
Great job! Remi arrived on time, and did not stop until the work was complete. He overcame some problems and was friendly and professional throughout. I would recommend him.Daniel
bathroom needs completely stripping, new suite, new pump to shower & tiling floor & walls to ceiling
An excellent job at an excellent price! Kiril & his team were punctual, industrious and cordial. They listened carefully to what my needs were and addressed them with a "can do" attitude.
In fact I am so thrilled with the results of my bathroom refurbishment that I have already asked them to quote for further work in my home.

Hi all,
We're looking to refurbish an existing bathroom, and in the process to take advantage of the space gained in the airing cupboard through changing to a combi boiler. The job includes the removal of a ~1m section of stud partition wall, and filling in the existing doorway of the airing cupboard. The existing bathroom would then be stripped of the existing wall tiles and sanitaryware before fitting a new suite, a tiled floor and two sections of wall tiling (around the bath/shower, and a splashback for the basin). Layout drawings/sketches available on request. Client to supply sanitaryware and tiles.
A detailed task list is below, happy to answer queries.
Kind regards
Robin

It is a rather small bathroom where I would like the sink and toilet to be 'slightly' re-aranged along with a bit of tiling to finish.
