Comment Nik and his team initially were supposed to do up my bathroom, but I decided to do the kitchen instead. I went with Nik because from the start he was very helpful with the design as I didn't have a professional designer for my Ikea kitchen. He and his team were great to work with, the kitchen has turned out great, with all snags taken care of promptly. I'm happy to have them do any other work I need, and I've already had a request for their number. Christianah

Budget Under £500

Job The sealant around the bath/shower has gone so that water is now dripping onto the ceiling below. I think the bath has also shifted on its frame as the gap between the top of the bath and the tiles looks a lot bigger than it was. Also, the shower screen leaks slightly.

Job Our shower screen needs replacing. We have a shower screen made up of 2 parts- a static pane and a sliding door. The static pane broke suddenly and needs replacing. the insurance company will pay for it but we need to get the work done as soon as possible because at the moment we cannot have a shower

Job DOORWAY Block doorway with stud wall. Plasterboard and skim finish. FLOOR Level sloping floor, could use plywood to do this. Floor 1500 x 2000mm. Tile floor in Brick Style. WALL TILING Remove old tiles (there are hardly any) Tile walls brick style approx 7.00m2 Beading, grout and adhesive supplied. Sanitary Ware Remove toilet and sink. Box in soil and water servicing pipes. Box to be approx 4ft high, 3 ft wide. Finishing in tiled height flush with height of new sink. Fit new toilet (near enough same position as last toilet) Provided. Fit new vanity sink. Provided. All material tradesman to supply, unless otherwise stated.

Comment Sorin was excellent, from his punctuality and relaibility, to improvising in order to complete the job. He worked solidly Saturday - Monday, just getting on with the job. Very polite, honest and easy to get along with - he's what you'd look for when selecting a builder. He renovated my bathroom. The quality of the tiling is excellent, as was the plastering. Budget Under £4,000

Job It is a small bathroom, that I want to do on a small budget, but just need someone to take control and manage it. Want new tiles on wall and floor. New toilet and sink fitted, possibly bath too. Would appreciate advice on where to buy.

Job I am moving into a new apt and the bathroom needs gutting. I want a shower putting in, tiling all over, electics (radiator, funky lighting) the wash basin may need moving)

Job In summary, the work is (a) to change our current bathroom into a nursery; and (b) to knock through the partition between our current WC and small study room to create a larger bathroom. This will involve (amongst other things): - unplumbing and removing the current bath, basin and radiator and plumbing in a new radiator in the nursery; - moving the study door to a different position in the partition wall in the corridor; - knocking through between the WC and the current study; - installing a new toilet in a new position (on the same external wall); - installing a new bath, a new shower and a new basins unit; - fitting an extractor fan unit; - tiling, flooring and decorating; and - (budget permitting) knocking through ceiling to extend new bathroom space up to roof & install velux windows. More detailed instructions and plans of the rooms can be supplied by email on request.
