"The job involved a bit of everything: plumbing - remove a shower cubicle, install new sink and bath; tiling walls and floor, building - level floor and plaster walls, and carpentry - erecting a new wall where the shower cubicle was. Overall, Zac did a good job, always listening to what I said, and always trying to save me some money (that is rare). However, the work around the new wall was the weak point of the job, and in my view, it was left unfinished. There was too much touch-up, filling, and sanding left for me to do. From 1 to 10, I would rate Zac a 8 for the plumbing and tiling, a 7 for efficiency (the work dragged on for a few extra days), and a 6 for the final product, due exclusively to the finishing details left out. I would recommend him for someone who has the time and energy to ensure that the job is well done all the way to the last minute."
