"Chris and his team from the Bathexpert did a great job installing my new bathroom and I would highly recommend them. I’m very pleased with the quality of workmanship – Chris doesn’t cut corners which really shows in the sturdy construction and detailed finishes. After my old bathroom was removed we discovered some very shoddy plumbing and flooring. Even though this wasn’t part of the original quote Chris fixed these problems at no extra cost. My biggest worry when hiring a builder is reliability, but I’m happy to report that Chris is the most reliable builder I’ve ever worked with. He did exactly what he promised, exactly when he promised to do it, and kept me well informed of any issues that arose during construction. Chris and his team work long hours to get the job done quickly, and were very respectful of the rest of my house, making sure that floors and furniture etc. were covered/protected and ensuring that they caused minimal disruption to the rest of the house. After the job was complete and I had fully paid Chris, I decided that I wanted a storage cupboard moved slightly and Chris was happy to come back and make the change for me at no extra cost. Overall, highly recommended due to outstanding reliability and quality workmanship."

"Pawel (along with his colleague Peter) has just finished completely renovating our bathroom, which included knocking down a wall, blocking up a door, tiling, plastering, and installing all the fixtures and fittings and we're really happy with the result! It was his first job via Rated People but we took a chance because he seemed like such a nice, honest, carefui person. He supplied references and they were all very positive. His quote was reasonable and his attention to detail / the level of finish exceeded our expectations. His English is good so there were never any communication problems; he was very conscientious about keeping us informed and always consulted us before acting. He was careful to clear up at the end of each day and never left us without a functioning toilet (we were only without a bath for one night). He was also happy to collect from suppliers. The work is guaranteed for 6 months. We'd certainly employ him again."
