They worked hard, were reliable and always cleaned up after themselves. They also made it possible for us to use our toilet and bath every day which meant that we could live comfortable during the renovation. We will use this company again when we need our kitchen done."

"It was a difficult job for NE-Build, as I had a simple but very particular design which I wanted them to follow as closely as possible. After a considerable amount of detail clarification and several days delay it all came together nearly enough as I had hoped. An unlucky oversight caused a small amount of leakage into the flat below, but NE-Build acted swiftly and effectively to identify and stop the cause, and they have formally agreed to take responsibility for any consequence or claim that may yet arise from this. NE-Build started with a clearly itemised schedule of works and payments. They kept to this, and remained candid and courteous in their dealings with me. The very constricted site was managed neatly, and I did not have to move out despite this being my only bathroom. Overall a good choice."

"Hugo, Bill and the team did a fantastic job on our bathroom. They started by providing a very clear itemised list of all the jobs to do on the bathroom. They explained how they would go about it, how long it would take (8-10 days) and answered all our questions honestly. They also advised on where to get furniture and tiles that matched our taste. During the work, they carefully removed pieces of furniture to be kept, took good care of the floor and never left things lying around when we came back at night and at the weekend. They were in touch everyday to inform us of progress and ask our opinion on details (colour of the lights, extractors, place of the control panel etc.). When the toilet was fixed a little too close to the cabinet, they didn't hesitate in asking the team to start again. Finally, they made sure finitions were to our standards before closing the contract. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with throughout the contract. I will definitely be recommending them!"
