£100 a day to rip out old bathroom and install new one. Take out bath, sink and toilet and replace with new units. Put up new cabinets, shelving and mirror. Install electric shower. Replace rotten floor boards with extensive water damage. Tile walls, tile floor and paint ceiling. Bathroom measures approximately 2.5 by 4 metres. We will supply all units, tiles, filler etc. Based off Clapham high street. Proof of previous experience essential and a reference we can contact for proof of quality of work. (If satisfied with quality of work we have a kitchen and shower room to do as well).
When I'm reday for the work to start I will be using 4ubuilder, great knowledge and skill set!!

I have a small (1.9m x 1.8m) ensuite shower room that needs gutting and completely refurbishing - new shower, tiling, toilet and basin. I have a general idea of what I want but haven't actually bought any units at present as I feel I need guidance in respect of what is practical given the size - for example a wet room style appeals as i want to maximise the shower space but ventilation may be an issue.
Very competitive price and really worked hard to complete the job in the minimum time. Made a number of good suggestions to enhance the end result, and quality of work can't be faulted. Kept in touch throughout, and were very flexible about timings and meetings to discuss progress and requirements. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I have a tiled shower installed 4 years ago which now has popped tiles. I have located the replacement tiles and they are available. The job involves CAREFULLY removing tiles, trying not to break them, investigating the source of the leak, repairign the leak, rebuilding an ruined wall and retiling the srea effected. Job to be completed ASAP becasue we have put the shower out of use in attempt to dry it out. Thanks, Ian Coll
A bathroom guy who chips the tiles, grouts and finishes and only then asks if you want him to do it again. Nice guy, but doesn't live up to expectations.

My extractor fan in my bathroom is not working properly - this could be because the escape tube is blocked or the fan just needs replacing. I need someone to come and look fix it. Also my shower door is leaking, this could be down to a faulty seal or the whole door may need replacing. I need someone to come and look fix it.

I'm very pleased with my new bathroom, and would happy to be a reference for Mark and his team. I have never renovated a bathroom before, so wasn't sure all that needed to be done. Mark was extremely patient during the process, and gave some great advice on what to put where, color schemes, etc. The job was done on time, and the quality looks to be of very high standard. There have been a problem or two since (leaky tap), but I think that has more to do with the materials than the quality of the work. These problems were fixed quickly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work that has been done.

Hi - I would like to have the bathroom re tiled - both walls and floor. The bath panel is wood and I would like that taken out and tiles put it in its place. The taps need replacing on both the bath and sink. Needs repainting and soap holders etc put on the wall.
Peter was just fabulous - my bathroom looks brilliant - really easy to deal with and very helpful. Left my flat looking clean and tidy - will def use him again for my new kitchen. Thanks so much.

Vasile and his team did a FANTASTIC job! The work was carried out efficiently and on budget per the original specification. The workmanship is of a very high standard and our new bathroom looks great. As extra issues arose due to a change in my requirement Vasile made a huge effort to accomodate my requests and went out of his way to source the specialist materials required and kept me well informed of the additional expense. A great job and I would highly recommend Next Level Building Services. I would like to use them again for our next project.

There are a few odd jobs that need doing, but let's start with the biggest one! 1) I think it is just a painting/decorating job, but then I am no expert and could require something else (I have photos which I can email/send via mms on phone). In the bathroom where the water has run down from the shower onto the skirting board, this has now crumbled/rotted (long-standing problem) and I think just needs painting, but it might require some new wood? 2) There is also a hole where the pipe leads from the sink into the wall - I don't know how this has come about, and my ex-tenants can't account for this. I don't think these are massive jobs in terms of the timescale or scope of work required but I require them done urgently (ideal day Tuesday 2nd or Wednesday 3rd April), as the flat is on the market for sale and I want it looking its best for the professional photographs and viewers.
