Dripping shower tap, glass shower screen that has sat in the shed for three years and needs to be reattached or replaced, sink unit that does not drain properly despite repeated clearings, as well as dimmable light fitting/switch that no longer works.
If there's a plumber out there I have a separate problem with my Vaillant Ecotec boiler which keeps switching itself off...
Great work to a good standard and completed the job, but took some reminders to get a quote for a follow up job. Somewhat elusive but a very nice person.Teea
I have a small bathroom which is in need of total modernization.
Requires the old bathroom ripped out, a new bath, sink and toilet put in. Tiling on the walls and floor. I haven't bought any new bathroom items, we are open to idea's on what can be done in there.
I have nothing but praise for Magic Services. Very reliable, always turned up on time and worked long hours. And the work they did was of a very high standard.
My old bathroom was an ageing mess and now it looks fantastic.
Would and have recommended them to my friends.Rolfe
We are looking to gut and renovate our entire bathroom! We would like this done between 21 Sept - 2nd Oct. Please only respond if you can do those dates.
Having weathered a number of exasperating builders, Mark restored our faith in the industry! With a sense of the aesthetic to match his technical skills, he not only delivered our "vision" but managed to improve on it with some great suggestions of his own. More impressively still, he managed to carry out the work tidily and within the agreed timescale, working the weekend in order to make good on his promise. Oh, and he even found time to indulge our toddler's fascination with his tools! Top draw.Julie
Having any work done in your home can be a stressful time, however Adam and Drew made the whole experience as easy as it could possibly be. They were fantastic and the work they did was amazing - beyond all my expectations. I can not recommend them enough. I will, without question, use them again. In fact they did such a great job on our bathroom we now need to refurbish the rest of the flat!! They will be coming back to do our kitchen! kathryn
Ideally a P shaped bath/shower with door. Plasterboard round bath needs replacing, and walls need to be re-tiled.
Ultimately the work needs to be done to rejuvinate the property after tennants either for re-rent or sale.
Tennants are currently in the property, and will move out at the end of Feb. Access is available for inspection prior to them moving out. Work to be carried out in early March. I live abroad so all contact needs to be made with me through e-mail
Work started late, did not finish on time - which was the number 1 priority. Nathan was underskilled and overwhelmed by the job, fortunately for me, his uncle was able to complete it. As it was finished late, alot of the attention to detail was missed or rushed. The bath itself was damaged during the job.
Nathan is a nice enough fellow, with all good intentions, however, he needs to be more honest with himself and his customersCharlie
1 room has shower and wc, 1 has bath with Wc. Both rooms are newly tiled.
Wanted a 'mastic man', to professionally waterproof my bathrooms, as had problems with leaks before. Was given speel over the phone about it being good quality silicon, but bloke turned up with builders centre standard variety and only in 1 colour. Took less than two hours and charged £175.
Should have kicked up more of a fuss but was busy with other buildiers. Guess the moral is you can't trust any plumber. Actual guy doing the work was nice enough though.James

I can not speak highly enough about Tony who has completed a significant bathroom project for me (2 bathrooms), on time, on budget and to absolute perfection. I have used many trades people in the last few years and I would recommend Tony above all others. He is a consumate professional who will work as long as it takes to complete the job to a very high standard. He has managed all aspects of the job including, building work, plumbing, electrics, ceilings, plastering tiling etc. I am extremely pleased with the end result but more importantly Tony has managed to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, the house was always clean and tidy at the end of each day. In addition he is a thoroughly decent guy who both my wife and I got on very well with. I would use Tony for any projects I undertake in the future (big or small) and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a job done extremely well by a highly skilled prefessional.Daniel
Strip out bath, wc, shower, basin, fully tiled walls and floor. Repair/re-plaster walls where necessary. New door. Form new enclosure for new combi-boiler relocated from kitchen. All new fittings - BTW WC, basin, bath, shower fittings, new lighting, purpose made mirror cabinet.
This job could be phase 1 of future work to include knocking kitchen and dining room together and fitting new kitchen/breakfast room.
Pawel did a great job on my project - he was professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. He was good at solving problems in a practical way and gave a really good quality finish. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.Hannah

Jamie was very professional and the advise that he gave us enhanced the Bathroom and Toilet. His quote was very fair and they got on with the job and finished in good time. Would highly recommend him and will use him again for other work that we need done in the house.Davonne

We have two bathrooms requiring repair, in one of them the bathtub has been dented by the fall of a very heavy object and is now leaking so will need replacing if it can't be fixed (which may involve re-tiling and a new design for the new bathtub and glass door) and in the other bathroom the shower hose needs fixing (our 1.5 year old uses the hose to climb the wall so it has come unconnected from the wall and water sprays everywhere when you turn on the handle) which may involve removing tiles to get to heart of the problem.
