"I found Jan through www.ratedpeople.com in October 2009. He responded promptly to my search for a tradesperson, and provided a very reasonable quote. He installed a new bathroom in my flat, which looks superb. The job included stripping out the previous fittings, installing a new bath and towel heater (which included electrical work), tiling and painting. I also needed to decorate two rooms in my flat, but wanted to do some of the work myself. Jan provided advice and guidance to ensure the paintwork looked smart. One of the rooms needed fresh lining paper, which he put up very neatly. I would recommend Jan as a very professional and versatile builder, with a full range of skills."
