Job Updated : This is a repair / maintenance job of my bathroom Original : My bathroom was installed around 5 years ago and some of the grouting and mastic sealant needs replacing having become discoloured. Looking for someone to remove and regrout the tiled areas around the bath, plus remove mastic and reseal. The bath area is tiled from bath level to ceiling but uses large tiles so the amount of grout to be removed isnt large. Replacement grouting should be white.

Job Remove existing wall and floor tiles, re-plaster wall where necessary, remove existing bath and sink. Re-plumb existing toilet. Install new bath, sink and taps. Re-tile floor and walls. Install shower door above bath.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Current bathrooms are working, but we would like to upgrade them. The house is Victorian and the bathrooms are on the first and second floors.

Comment Having bathrooms replaced is inevitably intrusive, but we could not have asked for anyone more helpful and accommodating than Tom Williams. Any problems were sorted out as they arose, and Tom and his men were invariably considerate in and around the house. The bathrooms look great and we are confident in the quality of the work. Tom stuck to his quotation despite the job taking a bit longer than he might have hoped. We recommend the London Renovation Company to anyone, and intend to use the company again. Henrietta

Comment Just like to say thanks to Marcin & Waldek for their patience and excellent work. We had a shower fitted five years ago which suffered from constant leaks. Marcin came an inspected the shower and gave us a reasonable quote (average of three quotes) to replace and renew the shower. His professional manner, prompt time keeping for all appointments and positive reviews on trusted people made him our first choice Marcin ensured that the preparation for the shower was correct all the way through the process by ensuring the floor was levelled and flat using marine/WBP ply, tanking (waterproofing) the plasterboard partition and laying the tray on a cement based bed. All tiling and fittings have been installed to a good standard and Marcin took extra care installing the shower door. We are really pleased with the new shower and would not hesitate in recommending Mrtins Plumbing. Andrew

Budget I'm not sure

Job have bought bathroom but orginal installer unable to fit due to family ilness, need sink moving plus plumbing for seperate shower. property is empty. have electric underfloor heating that needs installing under tiles which have been bought.

Comment Damian and his team did an excellent job in the bathroom, so good in fact that I kept them on to fit a new kitchen, two fireplaces in addition to plastering 2 bedrooms. A very reasonable quote and they suggested things I would have not have otherwise thought of. They offered to source and buy all other materials which made life so much easier, and were even willing to work some weekends to ensure the project was completed on time. Could not recommend them highly enough. Simon

Comment Stefan & team were excellent in the construction stages of the job and working round the clock to get the job done. 2 bathrooms at once is a big task. His communication was fantastic throughout and he was able to manage my expectations. If something needed to be changed, then he would arrange for it to be altered. I would recommend project managing the job carefully and working side by side with Stefan. Painting and final touches could be improved on, overall, I am really happy with the work and would recommend to friends and family to use his services in future. In addition to the bathrooms, I was pleased with his work so he replastered the kitchen for me and a bedroom. catherine
