It's basically a 'rip out existing bathroom and start again' job...It's not in bad condition, there is very little rewiring to be done. a new boiler will need to be installed on an adjacent wall, its taking out a modern style bathroom and putting in a victorian style bathroom. all tiles, boiler, radiators, bathroom appliances have been sourced but not yet purchased. An extra radiator is to be installed downstairs and one upgraded.
Really Excellent. Polite, Professional and did a beautiful neat job. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Tiling: floor 2.5 sq. mt. approx, walls 12 sq. mt. approx. Tiles and batroom suite will be supplied by us - toilet, sink, bath. Bath plumbing a little difficult to access. Old suite and tiles to be disposed of.
A very professional job done to a high standard. Arrived when expected, worked consistently through the day, left everything clean and tidy each evening. Highly recommended.

Some with a power drill needed to carry out a collection of small finishing jobs on my property. Must be very clean and leave the site spotless. The jobs are: installing a shower screen, a bathroom cabinet, several coat hooks, one lampshade, 2 ventilation grates, 5 shelves in fitted cupboards + silicone sealing a bath.

old bathroom gutted and made into new one, possibly add WC which isn't there at the moment. toilet room made into shower room, possibly. will need tiling.
I am really pleased with my completed bathroom and shower-room. The plumber and tiler took a lot of care over them and it shows. It did take a lot longer than estimated though! Also I would advise people to get a clear idea in advance of how much building materials and shopping trips are going to cost as I had a bit of a shock. However I think it was good value for money overall.

I've got a small bathroom with a sloping roof in a top floor flat in an old Victorian house. I want to refurbish it. At the moment it has a bath, because the sloping roof means you can't stand up for a shower. What I want to know is whether it's possible to redesign the bathroom and install a stand-up shower (which would mean relocating the toilet, wash-hand basin etc). Any other solutions would be considered.
