Budget I'm not sure

Job 1) ensuite bathroom, water had seeped in and 4 tiles have fallen off, the rotten plasterboard needs replacing and tiles needs to be refitted. 2) I am thinking of converting the guest bathroom with shower provision - this requires tiling and changing the bath fixures with a shower provision, or tiling and installtion of an electric shower(preferred). The work can be carried out during the week/weekends, earlier the better.

Job We have bought a B&Q bathroom and need it installing. All the pieces have been delivered and they will be replacing like for like in the existing positions, eg the toilet will go where the toilet is now. It is a small bathroom which also needs to be tiled.

Job Please can you give me a quote for: 1) taking out old bathroom suite (toilet, sink, bathtub) 2) fitting new 3 piece bathroom suite Can you let me know how much you will charge for labour & how long the work will take? Can you let me know whether you're experienced in fitting built-in toilets (the tank is hidden) - will you build a false wall to hide the toilet unit? Nothing has been bought yet, I will be buying the 3 piece suite when I know what to get. Work will commence mid September, the flat has not been bought yet. Ideally, you will have a few good reviews on this website. I am looking for a trustworthy builder who, providing this piece of work is carried out satisfactorily, will be doing other pieces of work around the flat too e.g. floor tiling, kitchen worktop, radiator fitting etc. I also have a few friends who are waiting to see how my bathroom turns out and looking for recommendations.

Comment Delighted with bathroom refit - built-in loo, sink and new bathtub, with shower guard and new tiling. The marble mosaics were lovely. Fergal was reliable, hard-working and tidy. Budget I'm not sure

Job I have purchased a new bathroom suite and tiles and require removal of the current bathroom, removal of current tiles and the installation of the new bathroom and tiles.

Comment I used A-Z to carry out a refit of my bathroom,as well as extensive wall and floor tiling. Vitalijs and his colleague worked over and above the call of duty to refit my bathroom in my desired time frame. They were polite, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Any changes to the original spec were dealt with in an honest and fair manner. They were extremely good value, and obviously highly skilled craftsman. I would not hesitate to recommend A-Z to anyone, and I will definitely be using them if I require any future work to be carried out, if only so that I can sample some of the fabulous green tea that Vitalijs brought with him!
