"We had our bathroom gutted and refurbished. I liked the fact that I was dealing with Boshka initially as she had brilliant ideas and lots of web links to visit. this was truly helpful in locating suite, tiles, shower screen etc at a fraction of the cost of showroom prices. Robert and his colleague worked hard and dilligently, declining coffee breaks and even working weekends. the work over-ran by a few day but that was due to an unexpected leak. One small point which spoiled things a bit were that broken floor tiles were laid and then we had to ask for them to come up and new ones relaid. this could have been avoided if he'd taken the time to select intact tiles first (we had plenty). However, overall, I have a hotel style bathroom that I love and there's nothing I'd change. Robert was trustworthy (we left him with a key and he got on with it) and at no point did I feel I had to go home to check up on him. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and would have him back to do more work in my house. "
