Bathroom needs modernising. Tiling, new fixtures etc
Timing: ASAP
Mr Geogiev re-tiled my bathroom, installed new shower, sink and toilet.
Throughout the job he was extremely professional (on time, clear communicator, clean, efficient). He was also open to changes in scope which was a big help.
Already looking to use him again in other areas of my home.Aman
We'd like to reinstall the bath, replace the sink, add waterproof layer on the floor, replace floor and wall tiles and paint the ceiling.
Overall it was a good job and service. James really helped us with design by giving useful hints. Also James helped with collecting of materials and accessories from the shops. Rafal came to fix a shower head handler after completion when we bought it. 4 starts for reliability because we had to insist and double check that ceiling paint is anti-mould (while we expressed our preferences from the very beginning). And probably the job could be completed 2 days earlier when it was done (12 working days).Nikolay
toilet, sink, bath, over bath shower to remove; provide and fit new bath, shower, toilet, move pipework for new over bath shower,
Our new bathroom installation was perfectly done, we got exactly what we asked for from this company. They were trustworthy, reliable, turned up when they said they would and quoted us very reasonable prices. They completed the work with skill, the tiling was neat and they also sorted out the shoddy pipework left by a previous "plumber". They re-insulated & plastered our wall when they found damp and fitted all the furnishings really well. Furthermore, they removed all of the old suite and general rubbish which was piled in the garden after they had finished. New bathroom in complete working order. Brilliant job, would definitely hire them again!

The work was well done and efficiently carried out and I am pleased with the result. In particular everyone turned up when they said they would and progressed the job as quickly as possible doing exactly what they said they would. David
May be ok at tinkering with boilers but not to be trusted with a renovation project. Works were subcontracted out almost entirely, took 4 times longer, were carried out below standard, and caused damage to surroundings. AVOID.Nick
The silicone sealant used to seal our bath against a tiled wall keeps cracking and is now causing a leak to the floor underneath when we use our shower. We need someone to suggest and put in the best type of sealing product which will stay water-tight and not leak.
Darren contacted us very quickly and turned up within an hour to complete the job, which seems to have fixed the problem. The price of the job was reasonable and he also gave advice on how to fix something else in our bathroom. Will definitely use him again.Rebecca
small bathroom : remove bath, basin, radiator, tiling, wallpaper, flooring. Prepare wall and floor for retiling. Install bath, basin, towel radiator, shower. Tile floor and part of the wall.
small toilet : remove toilet and install new one. Install a small basin. remove flooring, prepare the floor and tile.
For this work we have seen 6 different contractors before we chose to go with Tom.
The work was to skim the bathroom and toilets, install new fittings bath, toilets, bassin, shower (which included quite a lot of plumbing), tile floor and walls, make plaster good and paint walls and ceiling.
We found Tom was very organised, and skilled. He was on time every morning, and left the flat tidy up and cleaned when he left. When he needed help he got some colleague involved to be sure that the work was done properly (He has done the plumbing was done with a corgi-registered plumber for example). We had a very good day-to-day feed back and were always asked our preference before the task were undertaken.
Tom is really friendly, available and willing to realise your project as you defined it. You will find he often has very good suggestions but at the end he will do whatever you decide.
The result is of good quality and definitely good value. Both time line and cost were met accordingly to the estimate.Camille
Looking to install a shower screen over bath after previous one shattered. If needed, main hinge still in good shape on shower.
Shower screen should be clear (no designs) with sealed bottom edge (i.e. sealed between screen and bath).
Quote includes parts and labour.
100% Cash in hand on satisfactory completion.
Andrew showed up 15 minutes early (out of office hours). He brought with him high quality materials and carried the job out efficiently with clean-up afterwards. The latter was especially appreciated as the rubbish area is located on a different floor.
Recommended - I have passed his details on to my colleagues too. Thanks Andrew.Samuel
We would like to completely renovate our bathroom. Take out the old bathroom (bathtub, toilet, basin); install shower, toilet, and basin, install spotlights on the ceiling, tile the floor and the walls, etc. Our bathroom is medium sized, about 6 sq meters.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : I am looking to re-tile and replace the bath in a bathroom. Tiling would be for the floor and walls, the bathroom is approximately 220cm x 180cm. I would also be willing to discuss complete replacement of the bathroom for which plans would need to be drawn up. Original : Re-tiling and modernistation of a bathroom in a rented flat.

A small bathroom is in need of an overhaul - the problem is that mould has developed and the ceiling needs repainting - tiles need re-grouting and there is a small area un-tiled at present which I now want to tile over. I am looking into the possibility of putting in an extractor fan, but I feel it may be very difficult to fit one in this particular property.
In the same property there is another job that I need doing which is to have fitted intumescent strips and cold smoke seals around the front door and to fit a self-closing mechanism to the door. The letter box will need to be similarly treated.
