"I am extremely happy with the quality of the work, which however took longer than expected to complete. So "reliability" is in term of observing deadlines.
However I did not have any time pressure for this job so I am overall very happy. After he finished my bathroom, I also asked Roman to put new floors in my sitting room and this project is going according to plans and deadlines. I would recommend him for the quality and committment he put in his job."
