George was excellent. He quoted on Friday and started work on Tuesday. He arrived on time, talked me through what he and his assistant were going to that day. He came with me to B&Q to ensure I picked up the correct bits'n'pieces. At the end of each day he cleaned up afterwards, literally on his hands and knees moving backwards towards the front door! He gave me a fixed price, which didn't stop him recommending certain enhancements that would take him more time. Trustworthy and a very hard worker!

I am very pleased with the end result, the work was carried completed was of a high standard, with lots of attention to detail. Above all and most importantly for me is that it was finished on time and within budget. Nice reliable and honest guy, would highly recommend.

Ludvik and his team were extremely reliable; always on time and ensured the job was finished to the highest standard. Only satisfied when the work is finished to Ludvik's highest expectations, it was a pleasure to have them work on our project. We need a shower installed over the bath, to run off a combination boiler. The panel wall behind the new shower may have to be replaced with a custom showerproof panel. Fit small shower screen.
Andrew (Bathroom Refurbishment Ltd) did a great job for us, with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Old tiles were removed around a bath and re-tiled. A panel wall behind the bath was part removed, replaced with a waterproof panel and tiled and a shower installed all in one day. Andrew told us exactly what he was going to do, bought the tiles and the shower and gave us a clear and comprehensive estimate for the job. I would strongly recommend him and have already used him again.

I liked the fact that Hands On could handle all aspects of the job (plumbing, electrics, cabinet-making, tiling etc) but, unlike some other all-in-one companies, did not insist that I chose my bathroom fittings from a particular, narrow range. I could have exactly what I wanted, and for a fair price. The job turned out to be more complicated, and took a lot longer, than expected and there were various setbacks along the way but Warren was always helpful and easy to deal with, and I have ended up with a bathroom that looks exactly how I wanted it to. There are still one or two snags outstanding to be dealt with, which I am sure Hands On will sort out. But they undertook a complex, far from standard, brief and made a very smart-looking job of it. Their tiling is excellent, and the cupboards they supplied are beautifully made to my exact specifications.
