"Only one Company turned up, so, these may be that group, I don't remember their name. The rather young man who turned up was actually not helpful, surly and even argumentative; he may have been over tired. I don't mind the latter, but he failed to answer certain questions pertaining to his own specific expertise as he was in his early twenties.
I was prepared to go along and see what they produced, but they failed to produce any estimation, and were offered the whole project which was greater, or just to do the bathroom. ZERO RATED"

"From start to finish, JK Electrical did a fantastic job installing my new bathroom. From our first meeting they presented themselves promptly and professionally at all times. They submitted a clear, accurate and well laid quote. They started work on the agreed date and worked consistently through to job completion, which was achieved slightly ahead of schedule. They demonstrated an excellent work ethic, took obvious pride in their work, showed a considered approach to the job, communicated well and took great care with my home. I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, will definately work with them again and highly recommend them. "
