Steve and Eddie were superb. Polite, trustworthy and very hard working. Steve helped me over the phone over a number of weeks before I offered him the job, even though I had 2 other quotes. From the first call all the way to the end of job, Steve & Eddie were helpful and honest! Although the job overran by half a day (Mon-Fri) due to some heavy plastering work needed (out of their control) they came back the Monday after to finish the job at no extra cost! Want to write more but limited to 512characters

I will supply Shower unit including the shower base, along with toilet and basin, tiles, carpet etc. Tradesman will supply only the building materials required to complete the work. I will require a tradesman to inspect the property to see if it is feasable to build a shower/basin/toilet close to my mothers downstairs bedroom as she is disabled.
I am very happy with the quality of the work. I found the builders to be reliable and trustworthy with a high standard of workmanship. Zortan and his team were all very kind and courteous to my mother who is elderly and disabled. There were a couple of things that needed correcting after the job was completed, and true to their word they came back and fixed the problems to our satisfaction. I would certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Overall we were happy with the job that Tony and Yuri did. However there were some problems due to the job running over-long and I feel that a level of care over quality was lost when that happened. If I were to hire Tony again, I would ensure that the job was fully specc'd out and that any changes that Tony or I wanted to make to the work were agreed with appropriate price reductions or additions in writing. We got Tony to do our rewire, installation of a boiler and move the bathroom in one go. I feel that the whole thing would have gone better had we gone for one job at a time as I think this is the way Tony works best. Tony was reliable about turning up, though again towards the end of the job this slipped. I was happy with the price paid for the work done.

They have just fitted another one but it is not fully secure (it wobbles a bit) and I'm concerned that the installation has not been done well. I need someone to: * come and take a look at it for a second opinion * perform anything that can be done to secure it further - sealant, glue, whatever. I appreciate this is a small job but I am willing to pay good money to ensure that it is sorted properly (which the estate agent has not been so willing to do!) We have all the materials just need the labour please. Original : Our bathroom is half finished. It is now ready for tiling (flexible floor, full wall tiling, tiles will be provided), cupboards installed, final plumbing fix including install towel radiator (all fittings etc already purchased), complete electrics in the bathroom including installing exhaust fan and lighting (cables already ready to go), paint ceiling, hang blind.
