The toilet in my bathroom has been leaking for some time without my knowledge. This has resulted in a great deal of dampness underneath the floor tiles and the toilet has become unstable and is leaking. A new wooden floor is needed for possibly the whole bathroom (the room measures 280cm by 170 cm) and the floor will need to be retiled. This may involve taking up the bath and toilet. This should be covered by my house insurance. If you are interested in doing this job please let me know but I appreciate it will not be easy to quote without seeing the bathroom first.
Hakan was the only builder I could find who would do an insurance quote for me. The job turned out to be much more involved than at first expected but Hakan always dealt with any new issues immediately via email or phone and was extremely reliable throughout the whole process. He also always gave punctuality top priority.

I am looking for a quote on re-fitting a bathroom, tiling, painting and fixing the bathroom light. The bathroom company have produced two bathroom designs. One which is replacing the existing suite and leaving everything in the same location and the other which involves a different layout. I would like to get quotes for both layouts so I can decide which fits best with my budget.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work of Ryan's Decorators. The pricing was clear and accurate. I was kept well informed throughout the bathroom fitting. Everybody that worked on the bathroom fitting was extremely friendly and the work was carried out with a great deal of care and attention. At the end of each day my flat was left clean and tidy. Re-install bath and seal. Tile all walls necessary. Grout and seal all of the wet areas. Tradesman to supply quote for tile adhesive and grout, plain white tiles of a large size to cover 6.1m2, wall board, bath screen paint and bath panel. Remove all debris from work area   Job needs to be carried out while tenants are away between 15 Jan and 21 st Jan.
I was very happy with the service Mark provided throughout. He was professional, trustworthy and good at keeping me updated with progress. Good use sending pictures when any unforeseen issues cropped up and was quick to respond to any issues that arose. Would recommend and use again for any bathroom works.

The work carried out by 4 Corners was absolutely fantastic. They renovated our bathroom , tiled the kitchen floor and installed a new boiler. From start to finish they were professional. Tommi and Penny offered advice and suggestions and accommodated us with all our requests. We have never used builders before but would definitely use 4 corners again and would recommend them to anyone. Brilliant!!

Lukas did a great job with 2 of our bathrooms. The first was fitting a bath, shower wall hung WC and basin and tiles. The second, job was a shower room building alcoves wall hung WC. He made us a worktop and a new window! We are very pleased.

We want to keep the exsting bath, toilet and sink as they are new or good quality but the bathroom needs some serious TLC - re-tile all of the bathroom, source and fit glass shower screen, fit new down pipe to toilet, make/source and fit new bath panel. Really need to come and have a look, it is only a small room.
Richard gave us a very reasonable and professional quote which included photos of his previous work. He gave us some really helpful and practical advice. It took him about eight days to complete the work and we were really pleased with what he did. The tiling looks amazing - Richard paid a lot of attention to detail and so the result is really fantastic, he doesn't cut corners. He was very nice to have around, professional and tidy. We have already recommended him to several friends already. Thanks Richard! We'll be in touch when we need some more work doing.
