Unsold Job, Updated Details : No design work required Just need to re tile floor onto the wood - it is ready to be tiled after previous builder took up tiles to let it dry. Previous builber is now sick on leave. About 1m squared area - dorr just needs putting back on. I will pay for tiles but would like builder to get them for us. Original : Re tiling of shower floor / re fitting shower door and generally making good. Top quality finish required.

Refurbishment of a small 15-bedroom Bed & Breakfast hostel in Sussex Gardens central London. The previous owners constructed box-like bathrooms in the bedrooms and installed a shower, basin and toilet – very small and tight for space. In all the bathrooms, they have used laminated sheets around the walls instead of tiles. Due to lack of space/access, the bathrooms are in a parlous state and there seems to be no extraction for steam/smells. The work is to rip out all the bathrooms and re-build them because I’m guessing the internal walls are mostly beyond saving and we might be able to get a better layout too and be able to put in some (very) basic form of extract to avoid damp/mildew etc.
