Job a complete small bathroom refurbishment in central london to be done on existing archtects project: bathroom is roughly 2x2 meters. Works to be done include: Removal & skipping of existing bathroom elements (existing floor, sink+cabinet, bathtub, existing water cylinder, tiles, existing pasterboard ceiling, etc.) Redirect water ducts to match new layout Existing/new pipes/duct will need to run under floor or within wall Elettric cable tracing for all required areas Supply new hot water cylinder (electric MEGAFLOW) Install new cylinder Tiling bisazza mosaic ( model - GILDA supplied by owners ): walls + walk in shower ( ~ 9 m2) floor ( 5 m2) total 14 m2 washing machine area ( ~ 3 m2 ) - different tiles tbc Remaning wall sections to be made good (walls replastered) Build new plaster ceiling ( no cornice required ) + 5 new lights ( lights to be supplied by owner ) paint with mildew-resistant paint (white color tbc) Supply & install wc toilet flush system sink + tab walk in shower + rainshower system new tall mirror attached to wall ( h 1500x960 mm) cabinet with mirrored door ( h 1500mmx472mm - laminate mirror ) & internal 4 glass shelves top to accommodate sink ( mateial tbc - possible a stone) fitted cabinet underneath sink area ( lacquered MDF doors - colore tbc ) + 1 shelf ( laquered MDF ) handel detail ( tbc ) Install new washing maschine (washing machine - to be supplied by owner) 2 doors for tall cabinet ( full height - MDF laquered - color tbc ) Install Jawo radiator ( to be supplied by owner ) remove existing sash window build new sash window (design, dimensiones, material - to match existing one, besides glass panels as required 1 cm thick glass panels i required ) install new window restore existing window frame ( detail to be agreed )

Comment We had a very negative experience with this company. The job started well with a good quoting process, but as soon as the works started all went wrong. The organization of works was very unprofessional and slow, as well as the overall skills of all tradesman involved. London Tiling Limited really let us down, with poor execution and detailing skills, no real building know-how (I'm an architect and understand building quite well). The owner of London Tiling kept pushing us towards cut-corners solutions and disappointed our specification in more than one occasion. To top it all, after messing up the bathroom window twice in a row, fitting a bent door that now needs replacing and starting a very bad mosaic tiling job, they decided without notice to leave the job site leaving works at 60% completion (leaving my girlfriend without a shower and a working bathroom for 5 weeks). With enough money received, they never showed up on site again nor replied to emails or calls. I seriously suggest to avoid this company! They promised a perfect job, and delivered an unfinished, terrible quality bathroom! andrea

Job The old fittings need to be removed and taken away. New bathroom suite/cupboards need to be replaced and the wall needs to be tiled/painted. The shower will connect up with the combi boiler (gas). The bathroom is fairly small but is the only bathroom in the flat.

Comment Victor was very efficient in giving us an estimate of the work promptly and monitoring progress regularly. We were delighted with Piotrek, the multi-skilled builder who did the work and was on site every day. His attention to detail was superb. He was very careful in doing the work to a high standard and obviously thrived on being given ownership. We benefited from his many years' experience both in the quality of the finished product but also from his advice and suggestions. Our flat is small and he was storing a lot of tools and materials here. Every night the flat was left in a tidy state and the tools were put away unobtrusively. Krysia
