Eugene is one of those rare tradesman who is exactly as he seems. He quoted me a price for his labour, no hidden extras, his standard of work is superb. All along, he was open to changes, offering opinions but respecting my choices. He left my home spotless each day.
I am really happy with my new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him 1000%.Donal

I have a very small bathroom in which everything needs taking out and replacing.
This entails redirecting an old cast iron waste pipe (so the toilet can sit on the opposite side of the room to where it is now), replastering one wall, tiling, and plumbing in a shower bath, a toilet and a sink.

HI.
I need someone to fit a wooden toilet seat from goodwood bathrooms to a new ideal standard toilet (White Close Coupled and Back to wall wc - E000101). The existing seat will also need to be removed. Fitting instructions will be provided with seat. This should be a quick and easy job - i would appreciate if anyone could give me a quote to do the work.
Thanks!

Please find below the specification for my bathroom.
Size: 2.15X2.65X3m
There is an existing fake ceiling and I am not sure the spot lights can be installed on it without having to replace it.
There is no loo in the bathroom, a connection with an external pipe needs to be done (the flat is on the 1st floor). Contractor will supply scaffolding or ladder.
The position of the existing bath tab and basin will be changed. The bath tab will have a separate shower head at one end.
The electrical part is not included (route wire for the underfloor heating, spot lights and lighting). Removal of old stuff is not in the scope.
I will provide part of the materials but I would like to know the cost for the materials provided by the contractor (the 1st fix materials e.g. pipe, connections, wall paint etc)
I will have tiles (large size) on 2 walls and floor. The other 2 walls will be covered with normal wall paint.
Detailed tasks:
1. Take out old basin, bath tab, radiator, floor, wall tiles
2. Knock down 2 cabinets
3. Move loo from the cloak room, create connections for loo in new position, conceal pipe work in the wall (connect to waste pipe, water connection etc), install new loo
4. Move pipes for bath tab in new position,
5. create connections, conceal pipe work in the wall, install new bath tab
6. Move pipes for basin in new position, conceal pipe work in the wall, create connections, install new basin
7. Mixer shower on one side of the bath tab, conceal pipe work in the wall, shower head coming down from the ceiling, create connections, install new shower
8. Move position of radiator, install towel heater on the wall
9. Install underfloor heating, install room thermostat, route separate electrical wire from the main switch in the living room
10. Suspended ceiling with spot lights
11. Paint window frame, install roman blind
12. Repair, multi finish walls and ceiling
13. Store all the old bathroom suite and tiles in rubbish bags in the flat, ready to be removed.
I will not provide parking permit.
Time required: 1 week
My budget is approximately £1,200 (labour only) for the entire bathroom.
Only contractors which would accept a budget within these limits need to apply please.
Thank you
