There is a slow leak coming from one of the pipes that feeds the toilet. Likely to be a loose joint however all the pipes are boxed in behind tiles. Looking for someone to remove the tiles repair the leak and replace the tiles.
Very quick response and same day job. Explained everything he was doing and tidied up afterwardsCraig
remove a small wall 2m 37cm x 80cm in the en suite that contains the shower pipes and remove tiles in the corner to similar measurements and replace with corner shower cubicle. I already have the boxed corner shower unit and can buy the shower base.
I would highly recommend DSI Bathrooms to my friends. I am very happy with the job they have done for me. They turn up on time and work hard, cleaning up as they go along. A very professional company. I would definitely use them again.Sue
we have a very small shower room roughly 1m squared, we are looking at having the shower removed and a sink and toilet putting in, the room backs on to the main bathroom so the toilet may be able to share the soil pipe with the other bathroom, we would then like the room tiled and flooring (possibly lino) putting down we were thinking of providing our own fixtures, fitting and tiles but would welcome advice as to what type of furniture to fit
Denis was great, he was really easy to have in the house, He was prompt, a tidy worker and I have never met anyone so willing to put in the hours, Denis didn't even moan when complications arose and stuck to the price he had quoted for the job. He paid attention to detail and was willing to give advice when asked. I would definately recommend him to anyone needing work doing. I look forward to having more work done in the future, thanks siobhan
Looking to make a seperate toliet and bathroom into one; involving taking a wall down (non bearing), blocking up a doorway and redesigning the bathroom (ie moving toliet, radiator, and moving of pipes for sink, new shower cubicle, and bath). Walls and floor will also need tiling. All materials to be provided by the customer ready for the refit.
No work carried out. Very helpful in regards to providing written quote. Went with other builder simple because of cost being cheaper.lorna
Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend to others. He went out of his way to ensure that I received the best products and the work was finished to a high standard. Deserene
I have a glass shower screen fixed on tiles which I would like replacing for a folding screen in the same position. I would also like the bath area re-siliconed.
Extremely pleased. Andy arrived on time and did a very neat job. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend/ use again.Michelle
We need our bathroom ripping out and replaced - need bath, loo, basin, shower, and tiling. We have found a bathroom in wickes that we are going to buy. It's a very small bathroom so would like all walls tiled. Budget is very tight so we are getting a number of quotes. Due to the VAT rise in January - its really important that we get it intalled before Xmas.
DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES AT ALL!!!
We were quoted for the job by Mr Morris who gave a very competive price for the work. He and his associate Ian arrived on time and promised to complete the job in three days which was vital for us needing the work done for the weekend.
However after finishing the job, we were not able to review the job in detail as we couldn't walk on the tiles to check fully, but trusted the work and paid. However, since then we have found:
Cracked and loosely fitted floor tiles (since we have discovered they were not put under fibrewood) after being informed by him for 10 minutes on what needed to happen.
The bath taps were not enabled so after pulling off the bath side panel off, we crawled underneath to turn on the valve.
The bath taps leak continually and do not shut off properly creating awful pressure vibrating noises
* The towel rail leaks with us having to put a jug underneath to collect the water
* Due to the bath taps, water now gathers under the bath
* The ripped out bathroom was left outside our house despite agreeing to clear this as part of the deal. Eventually we have to collect it in the snow and take it to the tip.
The next day we contacted Mr Morris to find out his phone was not taking voicemails, he eventually contacted us to apologise that he had been away. After this, we spent a further three weeks trying to get confirmation from him on when he would be back to correct the work.
The reasons why this did not occur consisted off a broken phone, failure to answer the phone when it was working, broken fan on the van, car accident, no reception where he was and also none of his 'several' workers were available either to come round.
We have tried to resolve it amicably to no avail and have since have two other seperate plumbers come in to fix it who were appaled at the work. We have to instruct another plumber (not connected to him) to sort out the above problems at cost. Both plumbers confirmed the issues were very poor standard.
This is not a case of us being picky but we have been left with a bathroom that we can not use. It has caused great upset to us a couple and feel really unhappy that it has got to the stage.Mary
said they would finish job in 2 week but took 4,it was basically a one man band, forgot to order glass divider, shower mixer replace twice but it was hot and cold water that got connected wrong, wobbly taps, block toilet, but the worst was wet room floors tiles, within 2 weeks they started to lift off ,been back 4-5 time over the pass 6 month trying to reattach tiles but fail every time, the last time i rang them to reattach the tiles again, they never even return my calls. In the end had to get professional tiler in to fix at an extra cost of £300 and to be told they use the wrong tile adhesive, and i have not had any problem with the tiles since.Considering I paid them almost £5500 it was a pretty poor job.Would I recommend them? The answer a big NO NO (wouldn't even let them fix my wobby tap for free)steven
I am looking to have a bathroom suite installed (already purchased).
Job entails:
Re-positioning of the bath and sink, boxing in pipework, a new ceiling or patching up existing one inc. plastering and tiling (floor to ceiling). Also require 3 new radiators fitting in the bedrooms if possible but not essential.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : No design work required. The price is also likely to change depending on the amount of work required. Original : I would like to refresh my 2 bathrooms. I have a maceration toilet in one bathroom which needs a new pan, and the pipe work looking at. We have had a new macerator unit fitted but never really used it due to some leaks in the pipes. I may also replace the bath or have the existing one resealed and a new side panel.
In the second bathroom (1760x1500) I want to fit a new shower unit,( I have seen a quarter round unit 800x800 that would fit ), fix the wooden floor,( which has been taken up in parts when laying pipes from the first bathroom, and never repaired properly), have a laminated floor put down, have the tiles re-grouted, and the existing toilet and sink resealed. With 3 kids in the house I need the work on the toilet completed within the day once started.

We would like to combine the 2 areas, and install a bath. we will supply the fittings, and tils, so they would just need installing and fitting. Original : just bought a new house, and the bathroom needs updating. It currently has the worlds smallest seperate loo (the door touches the toilet) and we'd like to combine the 2 rooms, and also add in a bath as it currently only has a shower cubile.

We would like a bath fitting where our shower currently is. It's a walk in shower with a 6" glass shower panel. It requires a small bath as its a small space! Not too small but smaller than normal! Our bathroom as natural stone tiles on wall and ideally we don't want them to be moved and we have tiles on the floor. The job probably required someone to come out and have a look at.
Thanks
Sam
