They have installed suite with different coloured bath suite and washbasin and, having agreed to rectify the problem have disappeared without trace, leaving behind a w.c. without a lid. Bath seal is also leaking. Left behind debris and boxes. Even washbasin tap not correctly fitted. They do not even have the courage to answer telephone calls or letters. Now instigating legal action. Would not touch [COMPANY NAME] with a bargepole."
