"Whilst this tradesman appeared friendly enough his work was appalling! I was totally dissatisfied with his work and prepared a detailed list and took photographs. The issues included plumbing the hot water supply to the cold tap and vice versa. He arrived late and had long lunches most days. In the end I asked him not to come back as I was getting someone else to finish the job. I paid John Evans £200 as he had torn out the old suite and plumbed in one toilet and two sinks (albeit a very sloppy job) but I now wish I gave him nothing as the plumber instructed had to re-do everything! Very unhappy."
