A small en-suite bathroom in an apartment in an apartment building of 6 in total, 1 above me and 1 below.
1. The toilet. Water in the cistern has started to run into the toilet bowl slowly and constantly. It does not overflow but is always running and frequently causes condensation on the outside of the toilet which is dripping onto the bathroom floor.
2. Beneath the bath. It appears that water has been escaping beneath the sealant around the bath tub, under the bath and through a small hole in the board against the wall at the tap end (an exterior wall). I suspect the hole has been created due to water damage and that this needs replacing as it is rather wet and worn and underneath the bath resealing to prevent any leak to the apartment below me. I am happy to reseal between the edge of the bath tub and the tiles once this has been fixed.
3. The ceiling. A small crack appeared above the bath and dripped a small amount of water for 2 days. The apartment upstairs resealed their bathroom (directly above me) which fixed the problem but i am now left with a small crack (approx 30cm) that needs checking and possibly filling.
It's quite a list of bathroom problems but one i would like to get fixed before contemplating redecorating in the New Year.
Martin from Eastgate was very friendly and explained what he was fixing and how, which i really appreciated. The work completed in my bathroom was done very quickly and to a great quality. I will definitely be using Eastgate again in the near future.Lyndsey
I have a cracked shower tray in an en-suite bathroom which needs replaced.
A good value honest tradesman. I had a cracked shower tray replaced. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, as the shower doors were installed incorrectly and also had to be replaced, yet he charged me no more. The finish wasn't quite up to my high standards though, which is the only reason I've not given excellent all round. Sean

Need to replace Gainsborough 2000x. Also think there may be an issue with the pull cord. Looking to replace with Mira Jump 9.5kw, quote for supply & fit and just fit. Ideally would like this done on Thursday 21st April
Lee did a great job. He was available at the time I needed and gave me a competetive quote. I'll be using Lee again should I need any further work doing.Lianne
Existing bathroom approx 1.5m x 3.5m. Remove old bath, WC & basin. Remove wall tiles (all wall area currently tiled). Fit new bath with shower screen, WC & basin. Plaster walls, tile around bath and above basin. Shower fitting is incorporated in bath taps (cradle type). Floor covering to be confirmed. There is an electric light above the basin mirror which will need to be reinstated. There is also a radiator in the room. Suite and tiles will be supplied.
Lee refurbished the bathroom to a very good standard. His plastering and tiling is excellent. There were no little snags to follow up. He was punctual, proffessional, accomodating; I will certainly not hesitate to use him again for further jobs including kitchen fitting and I am happy to recommend him. It is a real pleasure to find a relable trademan who can do the whole job from start to finish. Well done Lee!Suzie
Very happy with the end result. The guys got on with the job and were very professional. Cleaned up after each job and left property in good nic. I would definitely use KSA again.Karen
bath needs removing, and old tiles knocking off. require bath enclosure and tray fitting, shower replacing, and tiling within the shower area
Mark has just completed fitting our new bathroom, as well as a load of other jobs that neither he or we were expecting. In addition to the origional plan, Mark has replaced the bath with a shower enclosure, removed and replaced tiles around shower, tiled floor, fitted new basin, and spotlights. Mark has done us proud with his commitment to the job, wide range of skill and the attention to details he has provided. Mark has taken his time, explained our options in absolutely everything, giving us a choice of options for each aspect of the refit, and his advice was very welcome in matter I know nothing about.
Long hours given, a great deal of work undertaken, and a perfect finished product.
Thanks Mark, it has been a pleasure, and rest assured we have already recommended you, and will certainly continue to recommend you.
Thanks very much for your effort, hard work and commitment.andy
