some tiles around shower fitting, toilet and sink to be removed, plastering in shower and behind sink and toilet
Absolutely terrible level of service. Rushed job, which Chris even admitted himself. Trainee plumber fitted our sink, resulting in leaking taps, both sink and bath. Toilet incorrecly plumbed resulting in blocked and oveflowing toilet. Bathroom was left with moving floor tiles, which were re-fitted on three occasions, shower has leaked (two separate areas) ever since it has been installed. Grouting on floor tiles and wall tiles not finished (Chris did ensure us that "touch ups" would be carried out as job was "rushed"). Grouting in shower washed off after about two months of usage. All in all a poor job, for which we have never been compensated, no receipt of payment ever received and no guarantee for his work. Despite letters and numerous phone calls we have not received further contact from him..Potential customers are more than welcome to look at his "craftmanship" or photos can be emailed..sarah

I need a quote on refurbishing my bathroom. I currently have a separate bathroom and toilet downstairs. I would like a wall (1m of blockwork) to be knocked down between them and another wall (800mm long) to be installed, creating a small utility cupboard. The bathroom will then need new sanitary ware, new tiling, new flooring, new lights and ceiling to be skimmed.

Ensuite bathroom needs to be completely updated. I would like to move the toilet and washbasin and install a larger shower tray and surround. Re-tiling is likely to be required.
The family bathroom also needs to be renovated but that is a separate project that will be undertaken after the ensuite is completed.
