All their staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and problems I had. Job remove and dispose of current bath - install shower cubicle - re-positon current shower unit to where the cubicle will be installed and fix floor tiles.

Comment We could not believe that our bathroom could look so good. The transformation is amazing and for such a reasonable price and all within a space of four days that they have managed to carry out this professional and quality work. As our rating shows, their quality of work was excellent, their overall price was reasonable and they were very reliable and punctual for the whole duration of this 'project'. The old original bath was removed and disposed of. The sink (vanity) unit was relocated to a different part of the bathroom. The old lead pipes were disconnected with the new copper ones put in. A new shower cubicle was installed as well as the shower unit. A new toilet with cistern was installed. New tiles were put on the wall as well as the floor. The bathroom door was removed and re-fitted to change its opening position. We have given Capella Group this first class rating as they have done a first class job for us. I found their obliging and polite attitude very refreshing as it is something that is becoming quite rare in this day and age i.e. to go that extra mile - and they certainly did! Undoubtedly, we will be using them again for other bits and pieces around the house and garden. Budget I'm not sure

Job Remove old bath,sink,toilet,wall tiles. Add floor tiles,wall tiles, fit new bathroom, sink, toilet, electric shower.

Comment Nice couple of guys (Andy and his tiler). Good plumbing on the whole and good tiling. A few issues that prevented this experience from being v good: - Andy said there was a manufacturing fault in the sink pop-up waste. This was fine as these things happen, however I was dissappointed that although he was willing to return at a later date to fit the waste once I had ordered a replacement part, I would have to pay for his time again. Given that I was having my old bathroom replaced and tiled, I would have hoped for him to come back and fit it for free (as after all I had already paid for the job). - After receiving the replacement part, I took a look at the original "faulty" part and quickly concluded that there was nothing wrong with the part, it was fitted incorrectly. I was dissappionted with this. - I was not happy with the height of my electric shower unit (I was expecting it to be at chest height, Andy fitted it at wasit height). Lesson here to others, is to agree up front with all things will be fitted. Kully
