If your particular job gets off to a slow start because of issues cropping up with the last job, just remember that the same courtesy will apply to you if you need it too, they still want to keep the customer satisfied even after you've paid in full, which is reassuring."

"These guys are true professionals and we would recommend them to anyone. We now have a beautiful new bathroom which we love and are really happy with what we paid for it as well. The company was able to make loads of helpful recommendations about what suite to choose, tiling etc to make the process as easy for us as possible, and ordered all the main fittings for us. They also provided us with an itemised quote so we knew exactly where our money was going. The work was completed in just five days as promised, with disruption kept to an absolute minimum. They were trustworthy and honest, and tidied up after they left each day. We are delighted with our new bathroom and they are lovely people to deal with too.

"Having choosen this person by their apparent excellent rating, we were somewhat disappointed that having completed 90% of the job, and our settling up on the basis that he would return to fit the bath panel (final 10%) that weekend. Nearly three weeks later we are still waiting for said panel after a number of no shows and un-returned messages.
Having mistakenly decided that this tradesperson was competely reliable and dependable, we have been badly let down and our advice to others is to ensure that you are 100% with job before reliquishing payment."
