"They were quick to respond to the initial enquiry and arranged to come and view the room within 2 days. They listened to what our requirements were but also provided ideas about how to make the most of the small ensuite room. A figure was quoted a few days later, which was then followed up by a telephone call from them to findout what we thought. On this basis, we decided to take a chance (as they are new to rated people - so no previous ratings) and go with this company. The first day, they explained the schedule for the week (so we knew what to expect i.e. remove existing saniware, tiles, shower then replace pipework as necessary install new toilet, sink and shower unit then tile walls & floor, etc). The staff were prompt and at the end of each day, they tidied up. The staff were approachable and friendly towards all of the family (which helps when this is your 1st improvement project). We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail (plumbing & tiling), having the benefit of their experience to talk through queries and their work rate. No issues/problems arose. The work was completed (as agreed) on time and on budget. This exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use this company again. Thank You!! "

"Billy done a complete refit of my bathroom and it was done to a very high standard it was a pleasure to have billy in my home as he treated it with respect and always cleaned up any mess he made I was expecting to find getting a new bathroom really stressful but Billy done it with minimal disruption and also sorted a few little other problems for me at no added cost, I will certainly have Billy for any other work I have planned for the future.
