Job Remove and replace shower tray and surround. Remove and replace wall tilling. Towel rail will need to be disconnected and taken off wall. No plumbing alterations needed. Shower tray is different to old one so floor tiling will need some repairing. Finally, remove and replace one cracked floor tile.

Comment We hired DEPS for their services based on a very good record. I will never trust someone on the basis of their review on a website like again. Although Dave is a nice man, always turned up on time and did extra work without charging the level of workmanship and general knowledge of fitting a bathroom was poor. We have wonky taps, a radiator which has been put in wrong, we have glue and mastic all over the floor and round the taps and sink. We have a shower which protrudes out one side more than the other, and we also have a few cracked tiles. In addition to the very shoddy workmanship, we had to call Dave back because we had a huge flood due to new pipes being run into old pipes. The pressure was too great and the pipe burst. The fact that new pipes were fitted to, what were obviously, very old pipe was very worrying. The leak was fixed by adding a new valve, however, this was not secured properly. We have now had a leaking pipe for a few months, but only just discovered it on Tuesday. We have a lot of damage to the ceiling below and will need to hire painters to cover this mess. The reason for the 2nd leak was because the join was not welded and just slotted into the new valve. There will be future problems with the bathroom and pipe. We were reluctant to leave negative feedback as Dave was so helpful, but after the 2nd leak, we could not leave positive feedback. Hailey

Job tiles alongside bath need re-grouting; tiles on sill and behind bath need to be re-laid; wallpaper, in places, needs repasting. happy to take quote after visit.
