"Shane completed the project to a high specification and the overall standard of workmanship was excellent. Any problems experienced were more to do with our existing plumbing and central heating system rather than Shane's competence. There were unexpected 'hiccups' but Shane took them all in his stride. Whilst the overall project took longer than expected, this was more to do with unexpected 'quirks' in the original specification which with the best will in the world, were unpredictable. Until the existing bathroom suite was removed, we hadn't a clue how the plumbing was arranged and the problems it would cause with our plans. We are delighted with the finished result and are considering using Shane for our next project which is his speciality - a full kitchen refurbishment. "
