Comment Contacting Kris was the best day’s work I have done in a long time. He fitted floor and wall tiles, new shower, electric lighting. Always phoned if caught in traffic. Very good quality tiling and fitting sanitary ware, carpentry (whole new floor) and electrics. Trustworthy, took all the rubbish away, not a scrap left and everything left tidy every day. I will certainly be asking Kris to do any more work I might have and happily refer my friends to him. 100% every time willie

Comment Thanks to Carl and Zac for the excellent job they did refitting our bathroom. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them. From the first contact with Carl via telephone and then during the visit for the quote, I was pleased with his professionalism and also the simple and effective suggestions he came up with for improving our bathroom. The quote he provided was reasonable and they could do all aspects of the job within a reasonable timeframe - including removal and replacement of the bathroom suite, tiling, replacement of shower, lighting and heater, installation of extractor fan, plastering, laying a floor and buidling of a cupboard (which meant that I didn't need to try to find other tradesmen for different aspects of the job). I was impressed with how hard they worked during the job - we were also grateful that they always left us with a working toilet and when possible a sink/or bath. They also always tidied up at the end of each day (a small thing, but i feel important to mention) As the job got underway our requirements changed and Carl came up with very helpful advice. They dealt with the changes without concern. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, we are pleased with the quality of the work - we love it. emily

Budget I'm not sure

Job Brick built shower that will need knocking down. would like a bath instead with over bath shower. Walls not in great condition after removal of previous tiles. Small bathroom. Also will require new toilet and sink.

Job Remove bath and replace with shower enclosure. Remove toilet and wash basin and replace. Install fitted units for concealed cistern and inset wash basin. Tile all walls from floor to ceiling. Tile floor. Bathrom is very small circa 6 feet x 8 feet

Comment Shane completed the project to a high specification and the overall standard of workmanship was excellent. Any problems experienced were more to do with our existing plumbing and central heating system rather than Shane's competence. There were unexpected 'hiccups' but Shane took them all in his stride. Whilst the overall project took longer than expected, this was more to do with unexpected 'quirks' in the original specification which with the best will in the world, were unpredictable. Until the existing bathroom suite was removed, we hadn't a clue how the plumbing was arranged and the problems it would cause with our plans. We are delighted with the finished result and are considering using Shane for our next project which is his speciality - a full kitchen refurbishment. Gordon
