100 % highly recommend. So glad we chose Kris for the Bathroom refurbishment. He was punctual, hardworking, cleaned up at the end of everyday, and took all the old bathroom away. Any problems that we had along the way was fixed. He's done a very good job. Definitely will use again.

Kris was trustworthy, I left him with a key to my house, and was happy to get on with the job unsupervised. Take out our old bathroom suite, replace with new suite. Plaster around where some of the old tiles have been removed. Add an extractor fan and put small amount of piping from shower within the chased out wall.
I was really pleased with the end result. Zibi worked really hard to get my bathroom finished in time. Good value for money.

Quote needed for installing new bathroom suite and shower in mid 60s terrace house we're moving to mid Sept and disposing of old one. Also need wall hung chrome radiator fitted. We hope to do the tiling ourselves but please let us know how much extra that would be as well. Thankyou.
We would not recommend this company. Although the quote was good in comparison to the previous bathroom we had installed, the quality of the work has proved to be pretty shoddy with poor attention to detail and not the professional finish we had been led to expect. Initial problems were ill-fitting taps (holes in the bath cut too big, compensated with use of mastic around the taps) and leaks through to the kitchen. The two-man team concerned appeared to be doing their best to solve the problems but lacked the essential skills to do the job; when they tried to make good the problems they had caused they were unable to do so. On the last occasion we attempted to get the boss to come in and fix the leak he failed to keep the appointment. At this stage we lost confidence in him and employed a registered plumber to come and correct the work (which cost over �650). We discovered that the pipes to the shower (which had been cemented in) were leaking directly into the wall and if left would have caused untold damage. 11 months on, we are still experiencing problems with constant leaks from a poorly fitted shower screen; wooden battening supporting tiles at the back of the bath has fallen off having been stuck on rather than screwed into place etc. All the work which was contracted out was done well - i.e. lighting, plastering, towel rail etc. and the flooring was laid professionally. However, regretfully for the reasons outlined above, we would not recommend this company.
