"The best tradesperson to have stepped into my house during its 3-month refurbishment. Great standard of work etc etc, but really cares about doing a good job - treats it like his own home. In addition to doing a great job on the bathroom he was happy to tackle any other problems / give advice. Excellent value for money. I would have asked him to do the whole place if he had 5 or 6 pairs of hands. There is great pressure to give full marks on rated people, but this chap really deserves it. I'm sure I'll contact him again in the future when I want something done well."
