The wall tiling was to an appalling standard (tiles misaligned, very uneven gtout line widths, decorating inset not at same height at corner) - when challenged Phil Axtel walked out saying 'i can do without all thus hassle', leaving us to remove the tiles and find another tradesman to finish the job"
