Unsold lead, updated details: There are no plans, but all units are to be replaced 1 for 1, the budget of £4000 is blind estimate, happy to discuss price for labour only or all materials, units and labour. Shower room is 2m by 1.9m all units on one wall. Shower cubicle is in corner, 72cm by 72cm, walled to three sides.
Also separate job, new side panel to be fitted to P shaped bath, Original: Total refit of shower room, including shower base, shower door, tiling to the shower cubicle, new power shower. New sink and toilet. Will purchase major items ourselves or happy for you to supply if part of the service. May need new floor depending on footprint of new items. Current pipework is hidden behind tiled shelf to floor, will need to be retailed to match shower cubicle.
DPL Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedroom, did a complete shower room refit for me, replacing shower cubicle, pedestal sink, toilet, radiator (for a heated towel rail) and flooring. I gave a fairly loose brief and trusted Clive to select all the items, we are delighted with everything. The two fitters worked hard and were no trouble. The whole job took 4 days and is finished to an excellent standard.

including take away the original bath, and then install a new shower cube, take away the original carpet and fit PVC flooring in bathroom, re-paint the ceiling in the bathroom, change the basin and install a new one, fit faucet (water tap) as well.
so basically it's a complete bathroom refurbishment for 2 bathrooms
16.3 mtrsq bathroom needs fully tiling and 4 appliances putting in. Also need an electrician to put in shower from scratch

need new basic bath and sink suppiled and fitted with plumbing, room is about 6ft x 6ft, i have a separate toilet so no worries there. the plaster on the walls behind my current bath has perished due to damp so will need plaster board and plaster, not sure if some floor boards are perished too, they look like it. i currently have minging tiles fitted that need replaceing with something nice and modern but not too expensive, i think thats it, thx
