Old bath and over-bath electric power shower need to be removed. New bath, over-bath shower plus glass screen to be re-fitted. Area surrounding bath and shower to be re-tiled. Property small cottage with narrow stairs. Access not impossible, but limited! In village near Crewkerne. Also interested in finding someone who may be able to help with kitchen refurbishment too (new work surface, sink/taps, some tiling or splashbacks, new fitted oven and hob). Ideal if same person could do both jobs. Making good essential. Decorating optional. Happy to order materials/goods for delivery. I live some distance from property so need someone who can stick to timings and happy to communicate via phone or email some of time. Need job to be finished by early mid-March. Many thanks. Adrian has done an excellent job refurbishing both the bathroom and kitchen of a holiday letting property. He has proved reliable, trustworthy and thorough. As we live 200 miles he needed to be able to communicate any issues and queries with me, which he has done in a very efficient way. He has also undertaken a number of other works around the house, including some impressive, restorative stone work outside and dealing with a leaking roof. We shall definitely be using him again. Happy to recommend.
