I have a 9ft by 9ft bathroom that requires relatively extensive refurbishment. The room currently contains separate bath & shower, WC, sink, and airing cupboard. The floor is currently lined with 13 by 13 inch ceramic tiles that are no longer in good shape. Under tiles are two pieces of board that cover the floor beams. These boards are not level and splitting the tiles amongst other problems. The bathroom also has some bespoke t & g fittings, including the airing cupboard. These require removal also. It is intended to retain the current bath, sink, and WC (one or more may need moving to a different location in the room however). The shower will need replacing with a more sturdy one. I need a tradesperson to help consult on the best possible layout as well as what fittings options would be available given the space available. There is also some issue with the plumbing of the bath currently (i.e. something under it is leaking a bit), so this also needs resolving.
Very pleased with the final finished bathroom, looks very well put together and of high quality. Steve was very polite, informative, and punctual throughout the time he was on site completing the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
