When shower running water dripping (not huge amount) down through ceiling. Bathroom is very old and suspect tiling faulty and bath need resealing. Would like tiles replaced around the bath and bath itself resealed etc

Shower tray is broken. To remove shower tray some tiles will have to be removed and also as the shower tray was fitted first, then the shower doors, which are attached to a small partition wall (9"wide), this will have to be removed to take shower tray out. Therefore:- the job is to:- 1. Remove partition and door 2. Replace shower tray 3. Replace tiles and door and partition. Our shower is also broken and will need replacing but this is no included in the insurance claim. Our insurance company have given the go ahead to do the job but need quotes on the prices of ;- 1. replacement shower tray. 2. replacement shower door. 3. replacement tiles. 4. total estimated price of work to be done. We have had 3 plumbers who have estimated the costs and said they will do the job and have not turned up. this jobs has been pending for 15 months. Our insurance company are as fed up as we are.
It took 4 days. He worked none stop all day every day he was here. Highly recomended. Excellent quality work.

We require fitment of a new bathroom suite arriving shortly, including whirlpool showerbath, electric shower. Pipework and fitment of toilet and sink. Complete tiling of walls and floor.
We received our quote quickly which was very competitive. Mike managed the entire project including Plasterers, Electrician and Tiler which saved us a lot of time. Our bathroom re-fit was professionally done to a high standard and completed within 2 weeks. I would definately use again and recommend to others. Thanks Mike !

In addition fitting new shower, basin and toilet, fixed cupboard units which will all be supplied. Would like shower panelled and rest of bathroom tiled(not supplied). Ensuite is roughly 2.7m by 1.6. The units etc have been ordered and we are keen to proceed with a competitive quote for quality workmanship.

Small bathroom refit. Currently has a bath, basin and pedestal and toilet. I have purchased a shower enclosure ( which I intend to replace with the bath so no movement required for the positioning of the shower on the wall ) I have also purchased a new toilet which I would like to stay in the same position of the original toilet too. The only thing I will need moving is the new basin, which I have also purchased. So any pipe work that is necessary for that would need to be purchased. I also have shower wall panelling which needs to be fitted so the sower enclosure can fix against it. lastly would also need a bathroom fan fitted, which I have also purchased. Currently just needing quotes so I can figure out the cost of the job. Thanks
