Job Remove the existing toilet, sink and bath. Install new toilet, sink, bath, mixer shower, shower screen and splash wall. These will be provided. Small amount of tiling approx 1m sq and small area of wall to be re-skimmed.

Job We would like the existing bathroom to be completely stripped of all fittings, tiles, flooring etc and for a new bath, toilet, shower and handbasin to be fitted. We want all new tiling, probably to the ceiling and new flooring. It is only a very small room, measuring roughly 190 x 175 cm (75 x 69 ins). At present, the plan would be to have all units and materials ready for the job to be undertaken.

Comment Used this tradesman after reading reviews from this website. Bathroom was eventually completed, later than originally quoted, but after numerous problems. The main one of which was a major water leak whilst fitting a new shower. This led to a large insurance claim by us to help cover the cost of the damage which included replacing flooring to all upstairs level, carpet, laminate floors and bathroom tiles and having kitchen ceiling re-plastered. This all caused further extensive disruption to us as a family plus unforseen costs. Would not recommend this tradesman as we didn't find him to be very organised or confident at dealing with any problems that were caused by him. Carole

Budget I'm not sure

Job Fit and plumb new bathroom suite and dispose of old one. Fit new electric shower and dispose of old one. Tile bathroom.

Comment Dave was fantastic, very reliable trustworthy and honest. To totally fit a new bathroom suite and tile it meant that we would be inconvenienced however we had arranged to be away at the time that Dave had agreed to start the job and when we got back WOW!!.. total amazement what a transformation... The quote Dave gave us for everything to be fitted was excellent to our budget and would definitely use him again, Thanks again Dave.. Tony
