New suite; shower fitted tiling and decor
Mr Colson over tightened the stop cock whilst turning the water off & on, which in turn led to a flood in the kitchen. When he was challenged over this he point blank refused to take any responsiblity over the leak and the damage to a new laminate floor, as his defence was that he had fixed the stop cock without charge! After a heated exchange he then stated he did not need to do this work, & when I called his bluff & told him it was no hardship to myself, he pack up his tools and left the job incomplete without even securing the toilet to be used in the mean time. I would not recommend Mr Colson as a reliable contractor due to the attitude he took over an issue he caused, and to walk out on an incomplete project not even securing the facilities required until an alternative workman could be found for completing his unfinished work. Work unfinished:- Tiles on the walls to be grouted, Finishing to the tiles (edging), Floor tiles to be laid, grouted & finished, Box in the pipework, Tile underneath the radiator, Install and secure wash basin, Install and secure radiator, Install and secure toilet, Install shower head holder, Install shower panel, Install bath panel, Silicone seal all areas, PLEASE DO NOT USE!
