"Ian arrived at the time specified and provided a written (and reasonable) quote. The job was completed on time to a high standard and Ian provided a prompt, reliable and professional service. As often happens with these kinds of jobs, unforseen problems arose. Ian's responces to these problems were always considered and thoughful. He went out of his way to ensuring these difficulties did not delay the completeion of the job, staying on one occation until 9pm and on another taking it upon himself to locate and collect the correct shower tray (when I'd purchased the wrong one!). I have been so impressed that I have asked Ian to take on the annual servicing of the boiler and gas fires."
