A small bathroom of 3 metres by 1.7metres, I need the tiles taken off the wall, current suite and radiator removed. Iwould like the floor and back wall tiled with the other walls plastered. The new suite will be in the same position however there may need to be new holes drilled for the bath and sink waste. I have all the new suite items, radiator and tiles (natural Stone)

Small 1st floor bathroom (2.6 x 1.7 m) to be re-done and modernize: 1.) Old tiles and suite to be removed and disposed of 2.) High frosted-glass windows between 2nd bedroom and bathroom to be built-in 3.) Extractor fan and ceiling lights to be replaced 4.) Cupboard door on landing to be closed-up and the back of the cupboard (sticking into bathroom) to be demolished, to convert space into walk-in off-set quadrant shower enclosure 5.) Shower to be fitted 6.) New bath, basin and toilet to be fitted 7.) Walls and floor to be tiled 8.) All plumbing to be sorted out 9.) Come up with a very good idea of what to do with a cast iron soil stack, about a foot away from the wall (currently boxed-in and tiled, taking up lots of space) that runs all the way through from garage on ground floor through loft to roof 10) Make sure that the project runs smoothly and without delays, so that I keep my sanity througout!! ;-)
