replace toilet, sink and bath with new
Excellent quality of work. High level of skills enabled him to sort out issues around the bathroom installation. Approachable and receptive, tailoring the job to meet my specific needs. Would definitely recommend.paul
Christian truely is the bathroom expert. He worked tirelessly with Leo over 4 weeks to remove and refit two bathrooms. Both are friendly guys and worked considerately around the family. The quality of the finish, workmanship, and attention to detail is second to none, we are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to others. Christian's quote for labour was very competitive, and he was very flexible about accommodating our design requirements as he worked. The work took a little longer than expected and material was more expensive, however, much of this was down to problems with the age and build of the property. Christian didn't cut any corners to get the job done inspite of being pushed for time and having to rearrange other scheduled work to accommodate. He strived to achieve the best possible finish at all times and certainly delivered. Highly recommended if you're after a luxury bathroom finish at a reasonable rate.Sam
Floor and wall tiling and removing of old tiles. Installation of new bathroom furniture, WC, bath, and sink. Boxing of pipe-work. Currently the bathroom is only partially tiled around the shower and a little around the sink. The floor is laminated with a wooden plank base underneath. The bath room is roughly 146cm X 264cm in size.
I would definitely recommend Surrey Kitchens & Bathrooms to anyone looking to get work done to their bathroom. Sherry and Pieter were always very helpful and accommodating and the work was finished quickly and cleanly. The attention to detail is faultless and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I have no complaints.Lukasz

Small bathroom. Job would be to remove the existing bath, WC and Basin and put in new shower unit, Wc and basin, tile walls and cover floor.
We are delighted to have chosen Mark for refurbishing a bathroom. The quality of his work, timekeeping and the overall demeanour are indeed commendable. Mark will certainly hear from us for any such work in the future. We recommend him with pleasure. Jagadish
Refurb small bathroom to include: removal of existing suite, installation of new suite (we will purchase), plastering, tiling (wall and floor) and possibly small amount of electrical work.
Also - possibly - WC and sink installation, plastering and (wall) tiling in downstairs loo.
Initially, we were very happy with the work done and had even talked about the possibility of getting Niel back to do more work. Then the problems began
1) a leak developed in the connections to the bath - in fairness to Niel he came very quickly to sort it out; however,
2) in fixing the leak, he broke the bath panel;
3) in fitting a new bath panel the bath, walls and ceiling were chipped;
4) after less than a fortnight, the grouting began to come away from the tiles and the toilet became blocked;
5) on three consecutive days, he promised to come and sort out the toilet/tiles but then failed to turn up (having overslept) or when he did turn up claimed that he couldn't do the work because he had not brought the right tools;
6) fitting a radiator which was included in the original budget was never completed
7) it took almost a week and a half for him to return the front door key after we decided that we had had enough.
We are now going to have to pay someone else to finish the job. John
Fit full bathroom, plus tilling.
I am happy to buy bathroom separately, based on advice from the trader.

remove door frame (approx. 190 cm x 83 cm) holding glass shower door and refit same frame and door. Also remove existing sealant within shower cubicle and reseal with new sealant. Also refit 4 x tiles between shower bowl and floor. Reason is due to leak from shower identified as originating from a poorly sealed door frame.

I am looking for quotes on 2 jobs to be completed in a Victorian semi in the central Guildford area.
The first is to convert an existing 1st floor bedroom, measuring approx 10' x 7', into an en-suite with shower, bath, toilet and twin sinks. As the room is currently a bedroom, there is no water or wastage feeds currently in place.
The second job is to refurbish the existing downstairs bathroom into a smaller shower / wetroom with only a shower, toilet and single sink. The current footprint is 7'x6' with bath, toilet and sink installed.
I'm currently planning on buying the units (showers, bath, toilets, sinks, tiles) separately so would need a quote that covers labour and all other materials not mentioned above. However, there could be some flexibility on this if it would be cost-effective to include any of the above as part of an overall quote.

I'm not sure
Relatively small en-suite shower room with boxed in toilet, sink and mirror over sink. Floor to ceiling tiles with enclosed shower unit. New build finished just under 2 years ago but there is a leak that we can not identify and are not sure of the initial quality of work by the original developers. Want to know how much it would cost to redo the whole room ensuring definately water-tight.
