Budget Under £4,000

Job We are planning to re-do our main family bathroom and ensuite with products bought by ourselves and designs already aquired. We are seeking a tradesman who can perform the following tasks with completion BEFORE Christmas. 1) Remove and dispose of existing bathroom suites, tiles and units. 2) Tile walls and floor. 3) Build small extension to existing single stud wall. 4) Install all new bathroom fittings and box in pipe work: this will include new electrics for shaving point, adjustment of heated towel rail position.

Budget I'm not sure

Job The room has been stripped of all old fittings and is awaiting completion of tiling. The fixtures have been purchased and are ready for instalation. Piping for the shower will need to be chased into the wall, which is a plasterboard partition. A shower pump will need to be installed in the loft.

Comment Anthony quoted on the Friday and Marion and his collegue turned up early Monday to begin work. I was really impressed in that they were ready to commence work each day at 8 o clock and worked until 6.30 each evening. Nothing phased them and the quality of the work is really good. Jane

Job Build ensuite bathroom in a bedroom.

Comment the job was quoted for £1100 labour to fit a new bath, toilet, sink and shower. I brought the bath/toilet/sink/ and shower for £600 but they bought the parts for the fittings and it cost me £420 for connectors and so on. in my opinion they did not now that the shower needed RDC and i kept saying to them that i wanted RDC fitted in the end the put an ordinary switch to turn on/off for the shower. They also put a faulty connector to a radiator pipe and consiquantly the ceiling got flooded and the down stairs ceiling collaped. they fixed the ceiling by putting a new plaster board and asked me to finnish of rest of the job because they did not have enough time and they had another job to go to and gave me £100 discount which i think was a bit naughty I will not be using them again ever.
