Budget Under £500

Job I have a bathroom that requires repair. There is a false wall at the end of a bath, this had an electric shower in it that started leaking, this has been mostly removed and needs replacing with a new one, the tiles around this have cracked and come loose or come off and need resealing and re-tiling. The job will require 1 person that can replace the electric shower, doing the electrical, plumbing and tiling work. Fitting the electrical show will include fitting the shower head holder.

Job A small bath room, need to take all tiles,tub,sanitry ware out and put in new tiles(floor and wall), shower, bath, basin etc. Plus small job in kitchen of changing worktop sink and tap.

Job Sliding door for our shower cubic doesn't open. I think something is wrong with a roller thing on top of the door that's making the door slide.

Job Bathroom is appox. 2.5 x 1.6m. Jobs required: 1) install a loo, sink, bath and radiator. 2) change the position of loo, sink, bath and radiator. 3) tiling and plastering for walls. Tiling on floor - (some uneven flooring at one end) 4) the bathrom already has mains shower unit (attached to combiboiler). To install a new one in existing position. 5) remove all old bathware, rubble and waste.

Comment Alex and the team have done an outstanding job. They are hardworking, and finished the bathroom within a week. We had asked for everything (bathtub, sink, radiator, loo) to be moved around to different positions of a small room, but they thought our plan was quite routine, and did it with ease. The quality of their tiling, plastering etc is excellent, and they were very thorough with the painting. They laid down hard-wearing dust sheets which prevented damage to our carpets. I do not normally feel comfortable leaving the house unattended, but I was very happy to leave them to get on with the job, since I knew Alex would give me a call if he had any questions. In summary, Zyber Construction gave me a top notch bathroom, for a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend them. Channa

Budget I'm not sure

Job I have removed old shower enclosure. Non standard size 900x740mm tray. Having trouble finding replacement. Therefore either new tray and enclosure installed or source and install 740x900mm enclosure.
