Job Combine a separate lavatory and bathroom (stud wall only in between). Dimensions approx 3m x 2.5m Close off and make good flush to existing wall, 1 x doorway to hall. Install new bathroom suite (P shaped bath with integral shower). Houseowner will supply suite. Shower to be pumped (2 bar minimum). Re-site radiator. Install ceiling spots. Floor to ceiling tiling around bath/shower, remainder half height. Houseowner will supply tiles 25mm marine ply floor over existing floorboards and floor tiles. Houseowner will supply tiles

Budget Under £15,000

Job The room is almost square 3100 x 2950 there is one recessed window 1040 x1250. no door just a walk thru opening. There is existing shower cubicle with large bath which sticks out in the middle of room and two vanity wash basins plus toilet. Need a larger shower enclosure but prefer a tile clad built one rather than a bought shower enclosure. Would like to have a small bath tub Bette have one in super steel and have seen an acrylic one by Niagara but it is a corner bath. new toilet, and one large wash basin with plenty of surface around and need storage solutions for towels and suchlike. The shower is already connected up to shower pump. Lighting is recessed down lighters. New flooring would be required but would like alternatives to ceramic tiles as would probably not want underfloor heating. Would like the walls tiled but undecided whether to whole tile the area or part tile.

Comment Very good as I had a project Manager (Pieter) Designer (Sherry) and the Bathroom fitters headed by Danny were extremely polite and hardworking.They managed to source all the bathroom ware I wanted and tiles and although we had a problem with taps they were replaced without a moan. In fact anything I wasn't happy with was sorted out pretty quickly. My old bathroom was ripped out and the new one in during the course of a week. My final payment about a third of the total amount was not handed over until all the works had been finished and I was completely satisfied. I would definitely reccommend this company. Denise

Job Downstairs Loo refurbishment:- i)Remove existing Loo and sink, wall and floor tiles. ii)Move Loo Waste pipe to centre position and closer to wall. iii)Re-tile floor (tiles provided) iv)Box in pipes where necessary and tile v)Install loo & sink and plumb accordingly vi)Tile sink splashback and paint walls (paint provided). vii)Paint door in gloss white finish.

Comment Mr Macleod removed our bathroom suite, including tiles and floor, and installed everything new within 5 working days. The job was completed to a very good standard at a very reasonable cost. The bathroom suite chosen and provided by Mr Macleod was lovely, matching our requirements. He also contacted a plasterer on our behalf to help with the job, and did an extra flooring job for us in the kitchen. He was hardworking, trustworthy, flexible and very nice! jenny
