"They promised my bathroom would be completed in 10 days, after 12 WEEKS I sacked them, I had 2 floods, the first causing the kitchen ceiling to collapse. I didn't have a toilet for 3 weeks! After the second flood I told the owner of the company (Jimmy) that I didn't want the plumber setting foot in my house again. He had connected the hot water pipe to the cistern. I had gone on holiday for a fortnight while they were doing the "10" day job, when I came home all that had been done was the tiles had been take off the walls. Jimmy, who was the tiler, in 1 day put on 4 tiles, he also forgot to put on a profile tile over the bath, so he stood in the bath and used a hammer to break up the wrong tile, chipping the brand new bath in the process, they used mastic instead of grout. "
