This is a normal ensuite, it has already been totally stripped out.
All pipework and electrics for shower,showertray, basin, towel, wc,are already in, and in the right place. requiring just minor adjustments to suit new fittings.
I am looking for a competent plumber who can install and connect up the new items and co-ordinate with a tiler and electrician to complete the job.
My budget is £500. Original : Installation of
New Electric Shower, Shower door and tray.
Washbasin and Drawer unit underneath
WC
Heated towel rail
Extractor.
Mirror cabinet
Ceiling light above Mirror cabinet
Installer to co-ordinate with tiler for 1st and 2nd fix.
All units are now onsite and are replacements into existing ensuite bathroom which is already stripped out.
