Advise client on technical aspects of replacement fittings, and install new WC, semi-pedestal sink and shower/shower enclosure in same place (inc any joinery work needed). Tile floor (2.7m.sq) and walls (12m.sq). Install new radiator on new site on same wall. Plaster ceiling and install spotlights, and renew extractor fan. Family bathroom: remove existing sink, WC, shower enclosure (but not shower), and fitted cupboard. Advise on technical aspects of replacement fittings, and install semi-pedestal sink, WC and bath in same place. Tile floor (3.3m.sq) and walls (11.7m.sq). Plaster ceiling and install spotlights.
Jim has finished one of the bathrooms, and I've booked him to redo the other soon. He's not the cheapest, but his attention to detail and design focus is fantastic, and the final result is amazing (he has lots of photos of previous jobs on his laptop). Reliable, prompt, good at keeping in touch. We plan to get him to do our kitchen in a year or two - would definitely recommend!
