Please provide quotes for a bathroom refurbishment.there are number of jobs: 1 - complete re-tile of all walls and floor in bathroom. Tiles have already been brought and delivered. Wall adhesive has also been supplied. Just need to quote the installation. Dimensions. 1.83mtrs wide, 2.03mtrs length, 2.23mtrs height. Which means wall tiling is 16sqr/mtrs and flooring is 3sqr/mtrs. The tile sizes for wall are 40cm/25cm approx and floor tiles are 30cm/30cm approx. 2 - Install new designer sink which is a free standing one with large bowl. You will have to remove the old sink which also has a vanity unit below. 3 - Install a new designer radiator to replace a standard wall radiator. Size 183cm height by 52cm width. May require a wooden backing to hold up the new radiator as only plaster board behind to bedroom. 4 - Install a new shower unit. Will require a false 15cm wall box to sit next to the bath unit (already installed) because there will be plumbing required as the new shower unit is veritical installation. The old one is horizontal. This will require plumbing expertise. 5 - Install new bath tap mixer unit to replace old one.
